Took the steyr zepher 2 fullstock out for a quick shoot the other day and I have to say I was quite impressed.The Steyr fed and ejected with ease and it has promise to be a very accurate rifle my only criticism was the blade on the front sight.The blades front surface seems to be just polished metal...

It s ok I guess to do that thing to a rifle your going to keep forever but if you decide to sell it your going to take a big hit in the resale price unless you get lucky and find a person who likes it as much as you did

Shiloh Sharps

A guy has this for sale where I live but man I wish he hadn t put the tacks on it .The stock is fancy grade ,has a pewter tip and is in 45/70 but for me the tacks kill it.

That would be with tax shipping and the dealer .We Don t get the prices here in Canada you get as there are t as many dealers for one thing so you basically have to live with what they bring in plus the government adds another 15 per cent

One of my goals this deer. season is to try to take a nice buck with my Shiloh 1863 sporting rifle
In 54 cal.The gun has a chamber capacity of 110 grains of powder so it definitely has the power to do it.

I like the original Zephers as well but the chances of me finding one where I live are slim so this is probably the closest I m going to get to owning one.I figure the mannlicher stock versions will only be made for a little while and they themselves will end up being collectible.
