Speaking of old reloading manuals, Cornell Publications has reprints available for many and some going back to the 1870's for Sharps, Remington, and Winchester, etc. I've purchased some and they are very good reprints for a reasonable price.

Jay Bird: did you ever try the Lyman 457-121PH bullet?

More than a few years ago, that bullet was "the cat's meow for Black Powder cartridge rifle shooters. Now, I don't see it listed much at all on the various Black Powder rifle match equipment lists.

Tutt: go back and look at the brass at Creedmoor. I looked at the brass availability for different calibres and probably 75% of it is "unavailable, back order OK".
