Coupla more weeks here in Maine until I plant.

It's been kinda cool so far this spring, so there's no point in
pushing things. They'll just sit there and wait for it to warm up
before they do anything, anyway.

I love eating out of the garden.

Both times I was told there were none in stock.

Each time I reset my account I got the message that they
were in stock.

What's up, do you suppose?

I never got messages fo Natchez or MidSouth.

Even on the big African stuff, "solids" are recommended in the big calibers
for stuff like elephant, hippo, and buff. Penetration is more important than
expansion, methinks. Not to worry Cosmo; a good, solid hit in the vitals with a
.458 300 gr. bullet will discourage most anything! :-)

I don't know who can afford to shoot the stuff either. I saw some 41 Magnum at $27.99 per 20 - which works out to almost $70 for a box of 50. I think I reloaded my last box of 50 for something around $6. I simply couldn't afford to shoot at their prices. I know metal prices went up a coupla years ba...

Place your shot well - as you would with any
caliber.

The Remington Core-Lokt 200 gr round is a very old
