Those 220gr .375 diameter bullets are made for the .375 Win., not the .38-55, which although VERY similar cases, ain't the same. .38-55 is sorta noted for having .379-.381 groove diameters. Once you find the right size bullet, tho', they're also noted for very good accuracy.

Griff, My rifle is an Armi Sport short rifle sold by Cimarron. The stove piped round is the only round standing on the carrier. Some times they might spill out instead of stove piping. Very good. I have the same barrel I'm using for a project, tho' I'm not as far along. Other traditional receiver finishes you might consider are pewter or nickel. Both can be applied to the scintered steel of the '64-'82 mdl 94s.
