Id rather find a an original 600 in 350 Rem Mag or 35 Rem. It could be fun tho, lobbing 250gr FP's at 12-1500fps. If it helps to get more lower velocity .35 cal hunting bullets of 170-250grs produced, i'm all for it. Todd/3leg

I have 60 cast bullets that measure .466-.467 and weigh around 400 grains IIRC. Friend cast these 30-35 years ago for the locals. They were only concerned with being able hit deer and bear at 25-75 yards or so. I was always gonna shoot them out of my 45/70 but sold it. About 20 are barrel foulers or...

I used Imperial Sizing Wax on a batch of W-W .22LR 36gr HP's that had bad lube. They would lead my S&W up so bad you couldn't see the rifling halfway up. It was slow but it worked. Hard to decide between the 2. Buy whichever barrel length you find 1st. I have a 20" 357 carries snd shoots like a dream. Had 16" 45 Colt, was a great lightweight lever. You cant go wrong with either barrel length. Todd/3leg

A post on shooters forumn shows .500 linebaugh as 59 grains of water.
.440 cor-bon which is a necked down .50 AE shows 50.5grs of water.
.500 s&w as 63.5 grs and .50ae as 51 grs. These last 2 dont specify it its water capacity they used or their powder.
