Stainless steel Kahr pistols have always appealed to me but I've never had a chance to fire one. They look to be well made and while I'd probably opt for the K9, I'd be curious as to how the durability and reliability of the MK9 is.

The graceful lines of these earlier 740s and 742s have always appealed to me, but heard they had reliability issues so I never picked one up. Besides, here in PA semi auto rifles were not permitted for hunting so that kinda was the deciding factor not to buy.

Sounds great. And yes, Spätzle is the noodle of choice! While in Germany last summer my wife and I picked up our second Spätzle maker/press, having "donated" the first one to my step daughter.

I've had this goulash before and it is good. It's great with either potato or bread dumplings. Both are a little involved to make but are well worth the effort. Otherwise, noodles or boiled potatoes work!

Whatever was going on in the owner's head sure makes me wonder too. They made OUTSTANDING single actions. I'm glad to have bought one NIB in 45 Colt with 7 1/2" barrel not long before they went out of business. Wish I had bought a couple more!

^^^ That's true, but based on the description, it seems that their goal is to produce a SAA that is indistinguishable from an original Colt. At least that's how I interpret it. And based on the price, it is under the going rates for NIB Colt 3rd Generation revolvers.

Believe it or not I found them on EBay. It was sort of a lucky find in that when I made an initial search, only a couple of items were displayed. Then oddly on the same day, I tried different wording and those items appeared.
