These three are not found very often around here. Been along time since I last saw any. Thats why I went overboard and bought these...

When WD-40 Drys it leaves a fine sticky flim which is a dust and dirt magnet. I work in the machine shop at Lockheed Martin's missile plant in Tex. For a thin lubricant we use spindle oil on or precsision insterments and for general use something like 3 in one is good if it needs to be thin. WD-40 i...

jgt I have a Uberti 1873 in 45LC with a 30 inch barrel from Cablas. At 70 to 80 yrds on a metal target you hear the report and then the round hitting the target. So much fun to shoot, zero recall. I got mine in 95 put together very well. All coloring is very good . I also have a 1866 Yelloboy and two...

:( :x Went back today and found a friend who collects Marlins so we went over and looked the gun over. He showed me that it had been reblued and the wood had been refinised. Still a nice gun but not at that price. So all I got out of it was a good lesson. That in itself made it all worth while. Than...

Marlin 1881???
I found a Marlin 1881 at the gunshow today. What got my attention was how clean it was. Blueing showed wear on end of barrel and mag tube. Wood was an A. Has a 28'' barrel and something if never seen on a lever gun , has factory double set triggers. How hot is that. It is a 45-70. Made me drull like...
