I mostly carry a Colt Lightweight Commander 45 on my hip with a good holster and belt.
Summertime I sometime carry a Sig P239 9mm.
At other time a snubby S&W model 19.

When I do have a few beers, I'll tip a few pints Guinness and an occasional Heineken.

Classic German P series Sig are great firearms!
I have a P228 that's never missed a beat!
All metal, no plastics!
I'll stay away from any striker fire handguns in general!

My favorite 308 is a Winchester 70 Featherlight!
I bought it used with a 3X9 Nikon Buckmaster scope.
After two shots fire at 100 yards, it was one ragged hole!

My first time firing my new to me Winchester 70 in 308.
After a few shots I was set! 5 shot group.

I've been debating on a Skinner sight for my old Marlin 336 Texan in 35 Remington.
I'm still not sure yet. it's a 1954 model that I don't want to alter from factory setup!

About a month ago my local gun shop had a pristine model 37 in stock! it had the red lettering {Winchester} on the bottom of the receiver. I think it was in 20 gauge if memory serves me correctly.
The price was $500! seems like quite a bit of sheckle's for a basic single shot!

I recently came across a 1962 made Winchester model 94 in 32 spl.
It looks unfired to me! Not a bump or mark on it anywhere!

I have the Marlin 1894 Cowboy Limited with the octagonal 24-inch barrel in 45 Colt.
No issue whatsoever! Quite a shooter.
