While the Remington m24 wiki page notes that they were manufactured from 1922 to 1935 there is no serial numer lookup. I haven't seen a model 24 in some time, it is possible that i has no serial number. A great many manufacturers didn't number their .22's until the GCA '68 required the to do so. no...

used to when was a LEO in far west tx and lived in the district i worked in the middle of nowhere. now days, living in south tx, sorta in the disappearing country, end of a long driveway with a locked gate, i have something at hand by every door in the house. in the work shop too.

i bought a skinner sight recently and it was delivered asap and as described. rear sight for a 1895 remlin 45-70. need slight windage adj at the range. was a quick and easy fix to get it right ( the POI).it will still long after i'm gone i'm sure.
