I wonder the same thing as Grizz----where is the stress coming from. Why is there so much stress between the magazine tube and the barrel? Maybe I'm missing something. I've been very satisfied with the bullets I've bought from them, although most of what I buy from them is a lot bigger diameter than what you are using. They have been timely with orders and what I received is what they advertised.

The area I work is just north of Canadian, lots of damage to farms, oil and gas structures, fences, outbuilidings.......toward Canadian.
I cannot confirm about the area you are asking about, most of the field hands I talk to are closer to Beaver Ok and Liberal Ks.

Speaking from experience, I wonder about this. I've never had an issue with ball powder. The only issue I ever had with ignition was with a 7BR with small rifle primers. Although Remington 7 1/2's would not ignite the load, Winchester small rifle primers would---both are supposedly "standard sm...

Well, maybe I'm lucky, but I've shot Acme, Missouri and at least one other brand of coated bullets I can't remember right now, but no issues I'm aware of. These were shot out of a Rossi 45 Colt and Rossi 357. I'm trying to remember how long I've shot them, but it's been more than five years and I've...

About the Rossi, my wife bought one of the shorter barreled ones. It's nice, functions and shoot well, the loading gate is ok for her, it's not too stiff, the trigger is good in my opinion and the rifle has no obvious issues with fitting. As a comparison, she also has a Henry, which is tube fed with...

I have a Giraud and also a Gracey. The Gracey is set up only to do 223. They are both similar, but the Giraud is more flexible and easy to set up for different cartridges. The Gracey is hard to set up, so I leave it for only one cartridge. Depending on what you want to trim, the Giraud is a very goo...

The last copper we tested was around 20.
