Re: WTB: 219 Zipper brass and bullets
Oh I totally understand the desirability of having the correct headstamp. If no zipper brass turns up maybe you could use 25/35 brass for the conversion. That would at least get some differential. And Hornady made a run of 25/35 a while back and some of that may still be available...

Re: WTB: 219 Zipper brass and bullets
About 1970 I bought a Highwall in improved zipper in Colorado Springs. It came with dies and 2 boxes of Winchester 219 zipper brass. I don't believe I have seen a factory box of 219 zipper since. Any subsequent cartridges I've built since that initial acquisition have the 30/30 headstamp.

Well dang, the Zionists pulled it off. For a mere $20M or so for attack adds they took Thomas Massie out in the district primary race. The 25/20 at 300 yards
At our monthly "buffalo shoot" our "Sunday Fun" shooting includes what we refer to as "Quarter-bore". Which originally meant 25/20's of both WCF and Single-shot persuasions, but we have allowed close cousins such as 32/20 and 218 bee to sneak in. This had been a 50 to 2...

For hunting -- no question: 7.5" bbl on the Ruger Redhawk is so perfect I bought a second one in case I wore out the first one. I pack it in a shoulder holster and it comes right out when game is suspected. For concealed carry of course I'd have a whole different set-up. But for hunting there's...
