Parker, is a pup I kept from my 3rd litter. She is six now. Last year she became a momma herself. There is a topic here, Parker puppies if you would like to see that. It's true what they say about bird dogs getting better the more seasons the hunt. 20220505_152157.jpg 20230115_103901.jpg 20240204_10...

Yes. It was a wild weather weekend here too but no snow. Glad the cabin made it through the winter, always kind of in the back of you mind what you might be in for come spring! Glad the Q-man is still shooting and giving you a hand. I've taken to keeping a chainsaw in my truck after the Ash trees ha...

Gunny has it. Especially evident on the left screw. Look at the distinctly different color and structure of the one on the left as opposed to the solid color of the one on the right. I thought as much! Those screws are too hard!
Zoom in and look at the crystalline surface, looks almost like a flat gray indicative of too hard. I bet a file would skate right across the surface.

Any of those Lehigh Defense would be awesome on game (2 or 4legged) IF they actually work as claimed.
Guess I have to cough up the money and try them out of my muzzle loader.

Remember the DRT bullets? A jacket and powdered metal core, amazing results on game.

I'll have to give these 250gr cast a closer look to see if they are a Keith or not. I got a shipping tote full of bullets, supplies, brass years ago from a widow. In it was a couple hundred of these as well as a bunch of 158s for 338/357.
