You can still flyfish for panfish Bill! I only fished once for Kokanee, didn't catch any.
I started a 'guide net' form but never got back to it, larger hoop and longer handle. I suppose it could also serve as a boat net.

Ok Bill here you for you. I watched a couple videos about steam bending wood for fish nets. Figured it was easy enough and made a steam box. I needed a heat source to make the steam so I cobbled together a spout extension for a teapot heated on the woodstove. It worked- poorly but enough steam allow...

Gotta sneak between the ribs, otherwise an 8gr pellet would probably stop. Even at 1000+ fps. Unless it was one of those with the missile like pointy inserts... My RWS 350 will break the sound barrier with light pellets. Last summer I had a pesky fox hanging around eyeballing my litter of puppies. C...

Yup. Heat from a lamp and linseed oil is how I've seen it done. Steam can also work- that's how I bend when I make trout nets.

AND this poor guy didn't have a firearm so the ridiculousness of this is just moronically stupid. Fine, confiscate the ammo and send him home, ban him from your country if you like but the big question is why didn't this ammo get found when he was going through TSA screening here!?

Best bacon I ever had was from a big ol cut boar I shot on one of those game farms. I had it cured and smoked by the butcher. Just fantastic flavor. The pig had 18lb hams and they had to cut them in order to wrap fir the freezer. Oh the ribs.... man now I wanna go shoot a pig!
