I've never installed one but I'd guess those were silver soldered on. You MIGHT be able to install one with RED loctite but I'm not sure.
OD of barrel needs to be turned down to fit inside polychoke.

That's a shame, yeah the climate didn't help but the neglect hasn't helped either.
What's your plan? Re-blue, refinish the wood? Just remember NO HOT BLUE!!! The salts will eat away at the solder joints. Must be " Belgian " blued.

I loaded up a few 410's to try the other day, powder bushing is supposed to throw 12.5-13 gr of little gun, more like 14.5-15! I made up 4 shells, 2 Remington 2 Winchester3" hulls. Tried them out yesterday, those Remington's were HOT! I really noticed a difference. Gotta wait until my 'new' bushings...

Bill, she was 22.7 lbs 2 weeks ago at the vets office... I'd guess she is over 25 by now!

Past couple days I've been working on SIT with Parker. Maybe 50/50 on results with out using food. This afternoon I picked up some venison jerky for dogs and the SIT is zeroed in and she slams her butt down so hard I swear the windows rattle!!

I heard on the radio that someone somewhere actually did neurological testing on dogs,cats, raccoons AND a bear....they tested active neurons in the brain-and the winner is dogs then raccoons. Seems cats and bears are about the same amount of brain activity.

I have a later production, 6 " with slab barrel. It was a basket case, it's back together but in need of parts that I just haven't tried to find. Needs a set of grips too.

Parker had a bath today! Not real happy about that but I tried to make it as fun as possible.... Of course I'm almost as wet as she is! Guess she will just have to wait until spring to see her mom play in the sprinkler to learn how fun water is!

From what I've been told, true or not, I don't know, but the FFL holder is responsible for the paperwork until business closes or holder dies. As for what happens in case of a fire I have no idea!
