You guys would have liked the chance I had when I was a kid in the late 1940`s through the 1960`s. I had a bachelor uncle and I was his favorite (and only nephew). He came home from the war and owned this junk yard. The photograph was taken from a airplane about the mid 1950`s. He would have gave me...

I cant agree with wecsoger on that. I think the leftest news along with the democrat party sensationalized the virus to put president trump in a spot so bad that the stock market has tanked. Odd how they tried to get him impeached for so long and when that didn't work they used this virus that conve...

I am confused. [Since 2010, the flu has killed between 12,000 and 61,000 Americans a year.] In the early 1950`s many died from polio and many crippled. The country didn't have a 2 trillion stimulus and the stock market didn't tank. So far we have lost something like 2,100 to the virus and we now fin...

Kirk, I had the same. It was about 1947 or 1948 when I was seven. We had a old wringer washing machine. It would chatter like a machine gun if you partially engage it. I was mowing down a bunch of krauts swinging the wringer. My left hand got caught in it. Fortunately I kept my fingers straight. My ...
