That was a very informative video, Jim T. Thanks for sharing! 45ACP is a relatively low pressure cartridge, so unless I was loading something that was at or over the published pressure limit for this cartridge, I'd use what I had. That thinking might change a little bit for a high pressure cartridge...

It's still a great cartridge. Enough for anything in Maine, although one might to keep ranges under 100 yards for Moose. It's not a long-range cartridge, but most hunting in Maine is not a long-range proposition. Definitely not an antelope cartridge for way out West! -Stretch
