I've got the jones for an Evil Roy Carbine with a 16" barrel. If I'm looking for accuracy, would I do better with the .22LR or the .22Mag? Do you think either will be good out to 100 yards for target shooting?

Can Paco's original (not the new cutter) tool work with jacketed .22 ammo as well as with lead ammo? Also, what would be the forming tool to use to enhance use for self-defense .22 in a Beretta Model 21A (semi-auto)? Yeah, I know about .22 as defense but...hypothetically, please. No flames.
