One other potential problem. Newer dryers need a seperate neutral. I know in panel box both are under same lugs, but here in Va branch circuits are required to be 4 wire on 220 volt circuits. Wait till Mrs Shatterhead is gone, and put that stock in the dishwasher on the longest cycle available. Glue will hold after that. Will have to de whisker before restain/ seal. My Krag was rears enabled forWW1 and wear a RIA 12-1918 barrel and I shoot an old Ideal 311299 sized to .311 with 4198 at 1800 fops. Very pleasant and accurate, also have a Redfield 75K no drill receiver sight installed. Factory 1903 front sight is in place. Later, moodyholler

So at the old Tool and Die shop I worked for we had a mocro TIG. Fellow Tigg'ed under 8x magnification. Talk about some pretty welds. Used .030 filler rods too. See your heartbeat in the end of them. He can weld a .020" wide bead. Very little clean up. Machine is a Miller. Later, moodyholler

KNJ backed off screws 1/4 turn holding guides in and it runs perfect. Now what will keep me from loosing those screws? Some form of loctite? Thank you for the help. I hope I can assist you in the future!!!! Thanks, mh

Original Colt Lightning Pump Rifle 38-40 Help needed
Got a really nice Colt Lightning Pump in 38-40. New 38-40 brass is too long to eject after. Being fired and you cannot eject loaded rounds a t all. Anyone here have any experience with these? Date of manufacture is 1889. Thanks mh

I cahnged out the mainspring housing on mine to a flat right after I got it.Some minor differences, but most 1911 parts fit and will work. Hammers, triggers, springs, safeties. You get the picture. 5K rounds and still running fine. You do have to take out a screw to take off top end, but no biggie. ...

New to me 1895 Winchester in unique config
It is a 20" rifle with a saddle ring. Crescent butt, original rapid taper barrel, with integral front sight, caliber is 303 british. Kind of a neat little rifle. Anyone ever seen this config on an 1895? Thanks, moodyholler

In the back of the freezer compartment is a drain tube. It drains the melted moisture when freezer goes into defrost cycle. It will be plugged. Get a long pc of copper wire 14g and push it down the drain gently until you feel the obstruction abd then push it on down. Problem cured. Later, moodyholler
