Possible jam/misload...

Good afternoon. I was hoping for some help. A good buddy of mine passed a while back. In appreciation of helping his widow get his gun collection appraised, she gave me a pretty good deal on a marlin 1983 in .44 Rem Mag. He and I did a lot of shooting together and I really wanted it as a remembrance...

Good afternoon! My name is Christopher and I have been shooting for over 30 years now. My favorite guns to shoot are my leverguns and frontstuffers (flintlocks). Glad I found this site.
