"If you had the one injection shingles, that's the old one. Nowhere near as effective as the new one. Please do your research, old one about 51% effective, new one 90% I've had them both. Second one, was out of sorts for a bit, but nothing dramatic." I'll inquire at the doctor, on Monday....

I had chicken pox at 14 or 15, it's a horrible experience.

I'm pushing 72 years of age.

I had an injection at 70yrs of age for shingles.

Single injection, very fine needle. No side effects.

I am on two acres, the wife is mowing a "Club Cadet", with a Koler Courage 22hp engine. The mower came back from the mower shop for it's annual service. The kin, x2 B&S run on 98 octane, no ethanol, and I do an annual oil change. The mower shop picks up and delivers. None of the mowers...

I reloaded some black powder loads in the 45-70.

All ranges are closed, reloading seemed the way to go.

I'll pull firearms from the safe and clean them.

I have three press's, all mounted on an inch by eight by fifteen inches. The press's are held with "G" clamps on various tables. I share my study, including a garage that is detached from the main house. All primers and propellants are stored in the garage, under lock and key. I load black...

Thank you MD for the lucid descriptions of skin cancers, particularly melanomas.

I am seventy years of age, and get a skin check yearly for at least fifteen years.

My middle daughter has lost her mother in law with a recurrence of melanoma.

We went to the funeral.

My mother had a stroke four years ago.

The stroke paralyzed one half of her body.

She didn't have Alzheimer, although speech was a problem.

My mother was in a nursing home, she didn't want to be there.

She died at ninety three years of age.

It was a merciful release.
