Fella looks comfortable in his clothes. Knife and pistol moved around front for the picture. Aside from the traveling background, looks like someone that has at least a little experience with the outdoors.

Why would you want to bother with a clone or other foreign junk when there are 7 million originals out there? -------------Sixgun Thats just the Winchester brand, if you add in the Marlin, Savage, and various other single shots so chambered, you have over ten million rifles out there. Hey Hobie,
I used to drool on the copy we had at the gun shop when I worked there. We could take home and read any book in the racks except that one. Never had the time to read through it giving it the time it deserves. I would like to throw my iron in the fire. Thanks...

"Didn't the military during WWII use IMR4350 or H4350 and a 168 grain bullet in the Garand? I seem to remember reading that the powder was 4350. Anybody know for sure?" I believe that it was 4895. That was the surplus powder that Hogdgens started with. I think that it was 4895 with the 150...

Got that one in the collection. I just picked up another of his the other day, "You Know My Name," its about the end days of Bill Tilghman. Pretty good movie, I thought.
Well I have 4 8lb jugs of the stuff. I load for the .375 Winchester, .30-30 Winchester, .30-06 Springfield, and .357 pistol and rifle. I don't think it will work in any of these. I got it when an old gunshop closed down and was clearing out inventory. What would be a reasonable price for this stuff?...
Hey Paul,
I have been lurking and reading. I haven't been able to do too much as I am still going to school and working. Just time enough to read the posts and such at the end of the day.
I have a couple of jugs of Accurate Powders discontinued powder called MRP. I have been told that it was the predecessor of Accurate 3100. Does anyone know about this powder and what it works well for? Any info would be appreciated.
Just check the current and back issues of the American Rifleman magazine. The page called "The Armed Citizen" in each and every issue. It includes the city and paper that it was published in.
