Thank you Marlin Shooter!

Marlin Shooter noticed me lamenting that I was looking for a Browning 1895 in 30-06 like the one that I was late noticing in Ohio, posted here last month. So he sold me his'n, and jumped through FFL hoops to get it to me! What a beautiful rifle! It's in like new condition, and the action is so smoot...

I really like my Colt Peacemaker Buntline revolver, 7 1/2" barrel... does best with standard or sub sonic rounds, but it shoots hot .22s fine.

My second favorite is my mother's 4" S&W kit gun... IIRC, it is a predecessor to the model 36.

After my friends at a local gun store sold me a Winchester 9422, they thought of me again when someone brought in a Browning T-bolt .22 rifle. I'm glad they sold me the 9422 first! It's a fascinating little bolt gun, easy to operate with either hand, made in Belgium in 1965 and it comes with a peep ...

The Ruger 10/22 deserves all the mention it has gotten in this thread. The BX-25 banana magazine and the flush 10 round rotary magazine are strong features of the 10/22. If you can find an older 10/22 without all the plastic parts, that would be the ticket.
