Two nice finds. Take that scope off and you have yourself a new Pistol Caliber Silhouette rifle. ;-) Thanks guys but its just another gun or two. I just dont get excited like I used to. KId, You will not get rich by selling them. Do what I have done for the last 40+ years.......throw them in a box marked, "revolver grips". You should see the single action Colt and "diamond" S&W grips that have accumulated in there....enough to purchase a decent car. :D -----...

If your load is for silhouette, do not concern yourself with bullet design as you will be shooting steel. In other words, don't worry about a big flat point that is mostly used for hunting. Easy to make yourself. Take a .303 British case and cut it to the length of a loaded round. load 5 or 6 grains of Unique, cardboard wad, 200 grains of #11 shot and then another wad. Run the case into a smaller necked fls, such as a 30-30 to crimp the mouth. ------6

They look nice Griff. Load those babies up with 1.8 grains of Bullseye and your ready to cowboy shoot.

Velocity should be right around 560 fps. Hope the recoil don't set you too far back

But on the bright side your cases should last around 475 loadings. :D -----6

It should be red and very aromatic. Smells nice! 8) Used as top-end oil in older engines (add a little to the gas), free stuck nuts and bolts, clean mechanisms, and works as an air tool lubricant. Definitely worth keeping. I've never used it as a gun lubricant, but maybe somebody else will weigh in...
