When we were kids, 50's, if you had to go to the doctor you paid him direct, we didn't have medical insurance, don't think most other folks did either. Of course the office visit was low, to reflect the times, and any shots needed were just an cheap add on, .

Had a Ruger security six that would bind up like that, Ist time was during a qualification shoot, armorer looked at it and cleaned it up enough to finish, said the Rugers had a tight tolerance...

That's cheap enough to use as a paddle if it stops working, :mrgreen: For maximum recoil reduction you want a gas operated gun, if that's what a Gforce is then you should be good to go. I do use 3" shells but with 1 1/4 oz shot, no need to super size more than that. Geese I use bb's, ducks #3, ...

My grandparents had a attached well pump "house" upstate NY, below 0 degrees was common, they had a 2 bulb fixture in case one burned out. Doesn't help with a power outage but I don't recall they had many of those. You can still get rough service incandescents up to 100 watts. a little les...

We had one of those whack a mole kits in 3006 when we were still kids, the loading was easy enough and we never popped a primer. One time I noticed a just finished round that the primer was sticking up a little, no problem I'll just tap it down.....after the second tap it dawned on me what the heck ...

I wished I had gotten the 30-30 cowboy when it came out, I thought that was one nice looking rifle!....but, I had a perfectly good 336, didn't really need it.....so let it go by.... :oops: lol

Friend of mine is into the pcp guns, has a few high caliber ones... He did manage to blow up the air cylinder on one, almost took his thumb off, didn't seem to affect him, I think I'd be nervous filling one of those bombs up, lol

I had looked into it and people did say that the inline buckshot would deform on firing, I never got to load any as I got sidetracked but maybe nickel plated buck shot would be better, with better penetration...

I don't have any experience with those, I did experiment with 38 special shot loads and was highly unimpressed... I would think at the range the loads are practical you might as well use a pellet gun....YMMV
