Re: Bad Reload = Blown Up Marlin
That is why I am so anal when I reload. I don't like pushing the envelope either.

Re: OT- Reloading help
I usually have a few powder's I use for a round. I don't want to be stuck with just one choice. Also I find what works for me, may not work good for you. You have to find what works best in your guns. As far a powder, I get all mine from the local gun shops. A lot better prices then having them ship...

Re: Sharps reloading question
Heavier bullet causes increase in pressure causing increase in fps. You hit the nail on the head.... Str8man, be careful loading a 405 gr. bullet with the same load data of a 350 gr. bullet. You can develop to much pressure and blow up your gun. When I was shooting my Shiloh Sharps, I was using 70 ...

I remember seeing that dip$&*% on TV. I imagine he knew it would be good for sales, at least for a little while. Hope he's the first one to go out of business.

Re: OT: NRA Junk Mail
I was an annual member and marksmanship instructor for about 30 years. They sent me so much junk mail that I accidentally (yes, really) threw out my renewal notice a couple of years ago. We already have most of the restrictions and bans in Massachusetts that they claim to be preventing so my motiva...

Re: OT: NRA Junk Mail
Old Time Hunter, supporting the GOA does nothing for gun rights. They have not accomplished one thing for gun rights. They have a great message and that is it. Name one thing the GOA has done for our gun rights, or one thing they have accomplished for gun rights on there own? The NRA is the stronges...

I NEVER get this stuff!! I too am a Life Member. Wouldn't bother me at all if I did, if you dont want to read it just toss it, what's so hard about that? Same thing I do with all the other junk, like credit card applications, insurance ads, etc, that I get tons of every day. The NRA needs all the h...

Re: WHAT !!!!!! No primers................
Sixgun, I have to agree. I have about 10,000 or more primers myself. I buy them when I can. I reload and shoot a lot.
I buy them because I can.
I like your list also.
