Winchester Model 94 tang screw thread pitch

Does anybody know what size machine screw and thread pitch Winchester used for tang screws on a mid-1940's Model 94 carbine? so far I know it's not 10/32 and it's not 1/4-20 and seriously doubt it's metric.

I want to install a 5D to my Winchester M94. The rifle was made before Winchester started drilling and tapping holes for the side mount peep. I have a 16" 357 and it too was very difficult to load. I thinned the loading gate spring some and while the gate was out stoned the inside edge of the loading port. Those edges were sharp as a razor and combined with the overly strong gate spring would grab the brass case like a vice. There wa...

I shoot the Hornet in a Contender Carbine. Mine started as a Hornet but I had it re-chambered to 22 KHornet. It's a great cartridge in a short, light, easy to carry carbine. Lots of folks try to squeeze a little more velocity from the Hornet by re-chambering but in my case the re-chambering was about ...

I have one compact 9MM. Mines a Smith and Wesson Shield. The slide is somewhat hard to cycle by hand but not impossible. I replaced the factory sear with a hard sear and got the trigger break at 4.5-5 lbs. Replaced the front sight with a Novak tritium sight. It's reliable with most any decent ammo. ...

if it's a kitchen sink drain you should be able to poke out the clog with 6' of snake or less....if it takes more snake than that the clog will be in the main line.
