It is defomtely a High Standard. I had two in 12 ga.
I personally was not happy with the two I had and was happy tomove them on but they were problem children who had suffered a hard life. The design is good and they are all steel where it counts.

Re: OT: Where to get Quality Affordable Auto Stereo Speakers
I cultivated a relationship with a couple of junk yard managers over several years as a fleet manager and I was often able to get parts large and small from them at 1/4 of the price of replacement parts to keep the old warhorses we used going strong 7 years after they were supposed to be retired. I ...

I bought a Ruger 'Air Rifle' 15 years ago........I went to a sale and saw a Ruger 10/22 resting in the corner and I asked to see it. The guy doing the sale was kind of rude and shoved it at me saying it was a 'piece of stuff Ruger Air Rifle' and it was broken because the co2 cylinder is stuck in the...

You need to eat cheap....try oatmeal. Spiced up with peaches, apples, raisins, cinamon, brown sugar, bananas, nuts, dates, blueberries, etc and it makes a nice filling meal.
Also oatmeal mixed with ground beef and a few spices makes a pretty good meatloaf or hamburger or meatball.

Keep in mind the pitcher is the tlaent that threw the ball but the brains is the catcher who calls the game (i.e. tells the pitcher which pitch to throw and where to locate it) and positions the infielders & outfielders based on how he is going to pitch the batter. Everyone will remember the pit...

When I 'worked' at the gun shop occasionally we would have a Marlin come in that was giving the owner problems (collectively referred to as "Marlin flop"). As a rule 75% of the time a detailed stripping, cleaning, reassembly and light lubriacation solved the problem. The other 20% of the t...

I would suggest Mid or Northern Michigan except for the weather.....the Great Lakes help mediate the harsh winter storms, we don't get the weather that they get in Minnesota or Idaho, but compared to Hawaii the winters would seem mighty inhospitable.

Winchester 94 in 30 WCF......nothing fancy or particularly inspiring about it except I have had it all my life and am familiar enough with it that I can shoot it instinctively. I feel that is important as I imagine any life saving shot I ever take with it will be a split second decision.
