Re: 1886 Win. .38-56 question

I'm trying IMR3031 with the Lyman 375449GC but am seeing erratic velocity with 29 grains. I will keep increasing an see if things level out.

Re: Uberti 1876 .45-60 shooters please

I used Federal .45-70 brass for my Uberti 76. Trimmed the cases in a Forester case trimmer then ran them into my Lyman .45-60 sizer. No problem there at all.
Hope this helps...

Re: COST OF 22 RIMFIRE

At Wally-World it's $13.97 for Federal. That's 550 rds.
Gone up twice within the last year when it was $9.97.

I have a small frame 1881 in .32-40. It's a great rifle & shoots quite well.

.38-56 Winchester loading data wanted..............

Hello all,
I am new to this forum & am looking for smokeless loading data for my Winchester 1886 in cal. .38-56 using cast bullets.
My rifle has a new barrel with a groove dia of .376 & twist of 1:18.
My dies were made by RCBS.

Thanks in advance.
