I apologize in advance that I cannot give out load data. However, I will point out that WinM71 seems to have the right idea. Also, for what it's worth, S780 and H414 tend to give the lowest pressure (CUP) among the various powders suitable for the 250 gr bullets. Good luck!

I recommend you load a set of dummy rounds and check the feed and function. Some Marlin 444's are picky about the bullet style and others are OAL sensitive. The Hawk 265gr from Mr. Hill is available on his website as is the Swift A-Frame from Mr. Uber.

Nice deer. One of the reasons we've never offerred 35 Rem cartridges is that it is one of those calibers that is hard to improve upon. The original 200gr - 2000 fps combination has been getting it done for a century.
