my son in law and daughter own a 3 plex. one unit is up for rent. a couple applied, even though the ad states no pets.
But they have a "Service Rabbit".

they were able to rent it out to a different person who had no pets.

I just had both eyes done. same as you I opted for distance lens. I shoot a rossi 357, Marlin 39A both with peep sights. before surgery the front sights were just a blur. after surgery they are crystal clear. I also qualified with the M1, USMC 1958 San Diego. I have a trophy, 2nd High expert in Platoon.
have it on my shelf. 80 years old and still proud of that.

I have a Kubota that is now 20+ years old, I Mow 7 acres with a brush hog, till, front loader.
keeps on ticking, if I had to replace it I would be driving in my local Kubota dealer first.

two weeks ago my son and I made a trip north to Tacoma, Wa. Bass Pro Shop.
was not impressed as my fishing days are behind me. We stopped at Cabelas
on our way home and we both agreed that we preferred the Cabelas store. I
have visited Cabelas stores in 5 states. Both Nebraska stores were awesome.

My wife and I do a lot of snooping around thrift stores. quite often there are some nice, rusty cast iron frying pans. I wondered if a person could sand blast them and season them. harbor freight has some cheap sand blasting units. maybe not worth the effort. if you found enough you could sell a few?

I bought 2, one of each carbine/rifle new in boxes with sleeves.
never shot, all wrapped up in paper. beautiful rifles, but
I ask myself, what the hell are you going to do with them.
taking up space in gun safe.
a good friend had got them when his father passed on.

Totally understand, I lost my dad when I was 19 and he was only 51 years old. many times I wished
I had him around to guide and advise me through some rocky times.
he passed on Valentines dad so the reminder is there every year.

the production company is trying to market the series to other channels.
