I'm in the club. Gave up on the collets. Use my Midway kinetic most of the time with the shellholder method, but have used the nippers in the press technique as well -- especially with the bigger stuff. With the kinetic, I find a snap of the wrist and impacting on the concrete floor gets it done wit...

I have two single stages on my bench -- a Forster Co-Ax that I use most often and a plain vanilla Lyman O-ring press for cases with large rims -- and sometimes for cases with rims too small for the Co-Ax to keep hold of. I also use the Lyman with my Lee push-through sizing dies. I've had progressive...

1895, I look forward to exploring your site. Wasn't aware Rossi had a .45-70.
I have heard good things about the accuracy of their .30-30.
Mick, have you ever tried to run .44 Russian through any of the Rossi .44s? Wonder if they would feed.

It was a good day in the early 1960s when I managed to put five pennies together and I would walk to the mom-and-pop store and buy a pack of Topps baseball cards. I'd love to see a vintage baseball game sometime.
The last two MLB games I saw in person were in August of 1969, Giants against the Cubs, at Candlestick Park. Willie Mays hit home run 597 in the first game and 598 in the second. Even then, the hokey stadium organ was annoying.

This is a nice, accurate AR in .450 Bushmaster that I put together as a hog rifle. The upper is a right-side charging Bear Creek with 18-inch barrel. Will, when I first knew my ex she had a retriever pup from a kennel involved in Gerald Ford's dog. That puppy chewed up the hot tub edges and cover then went to work on dismantling the heat pump wiring. How that boy survived is beyond me.
