That reminds me of the bowling league. Keep the drinks behind the lanes. Someone always said "Hey fellows watch this!" Never any good came of it and that was just bowling.

I travel from state to state and find it hard to keep up with all the different restrictions. I hope that the laws can be standardized. With the way crime has increased I'm thinking of carrying all the time excluding Fed & State buildings, schools etc. and pray that I don't get caught.

Why is it that we only here about the legal gun owners fighting for their right to carry a firearm and never hear about organized crime, gang members or your local bad guy group wanting the law change so NOT to break a law while breaking a LAW?

Did that make any….. never mind

I'll stick with the .44 Mag set up since that's what I have. To tell the truth I was half way to a .357 pair (Ruger NMBH) until I came across a bargin on a 1894 Marlin in .44 Mag. I finished it off with a Ruger NMSBH.

Reloading in the summer is to hot. My set up is in the garage. I try to do mine in the Fall/Winter months. Just last Sunday I loaded forty .30-30 and will probably finish off the winter with more .30-30’s and .44 Mag. I'm good with .38 Spl and 7.62X54r for now.

Deerwacker, I’m not familiar with the Lee software but if you set the spreadsheet up correctly by freezing the row you can then add column heading such as powder, load, primer, etc. (Click WINDOW, FREEZE PANE) Then you should be able to filter the information to extract what you need. Click on DAT...

I'm a bit surprised it lasted this long given the screw is so small. My gate had a strong spring to it. Is there a way to make it open easier? I'm guessing if I can get a shim washer between the receiver and the gate that would take some of the umph out of it. My concern is that the screw is very sh...

Maybe more oppurtunities will be available.

I already have the two Marlins that I wanted, 336 and 1894. For my next purchase I'll be looking at C&R firearms.

Don't listen to Dastook, there's no deer in South Carolina. The season is so long to give the hunter a chance to even see a deer. Well I have two, a 336 30-30 and a 1894 44 mag. The 44 mag would be the one I would have to go with since I have a NMSB Ruger in 44 mag.

Now if I didn't have either Marlin I would go with the Winchester 1895 in 7.62X54R. That would go nicely with my Mosin Nagant M44  .

All of my reload go back into a styrofoam and factory box and then stored in the military ammo cans. I never liked the idea of loose ammo bouncing around in a ammo can. I may not get as many in a can but I can grab a box when I need them.

Welcome SGT.Cap First I would check the Finger Lever Plunger (35). If the Lever has a hitch and requires extra effort when you start swinging the lever the Finger Lever Spring (36) might need an adjustment. I had to shorten the spring about a turn so that it was easier to start the lever. I had to g...
