I noticed that the factory blue on those rifles is always really nice. They did a nicer job than on other 94s at that time. My wife found one for $300 or $400 or something like that once. It was in almost new condition. We needed money and sold it immediately for a good profit.

A good cross-draw holster, perhaps? Keeps the revolver from dangling out on your hip, your rifle doesn't bang against it all day while you walk, and it isn;t in the way of your pack frame. Holds it close to your body. Also easier to draw with your off-hand if your shooting hand is getting chewed on.

Apparently the green argalite and the greywake here is collectable. While both are usually considered common, the stuff here is unique enough that some people come to find samples for their collections. Also found some agate. I could probably be persuaded to mail a couple samples . . .

Having had them apart a few times, I'm not too big on them, but if you like it, why not? they work pretty good, and most people won't ever take theirs apart. Sure beats a Hi-Point.

If folding was a necessity, I would want a 5.56 vz.58 for quality and durability, but if price is a factor . . .
