.45-75. It's the original cartridge for that rifle. You could load it down to .45-60 level, but not the other way around.

Some picnic tables have independent benches, but even with such separate benches, I find it awkward to settle into a satisfactory shooting position. As one who is a professional truck driver and had to deal with DOT, I'd say your friend is pretty much toast. He violated the spirit and the letter of the law. He admitted he was doing it for pay. Interesting thought, it may need a little color. It is a light gray actually, not sure how that looks to a K9 though. I've read that some guys use a small stuffed animal near the speaker as a decoy.
