My grandson Jerry 3 has a Winchester 94 AE in >45 Colt that has some real heavy loads for it, a real fine shooting 16 inch carbine.

In my safe is all I need. Two Winchester old 30wcf, one 1917 Winchester 92 in 32wcf and one early Rossi .357 carbine. All can be loaded up or down.

My hunting load with my 36 inch .451 Kentucky rifle is 90 grains of 3fff. never had it checked by chronograph, but I think it moving right along. It sure puts deer down quick. I use #11 caps the German ones when I can get them.

My wife ask me the other night what I would use the 30wcf and the COLT SAA .45 that I bought in 1959. I thought about my 1917 92 32wcf and the old Ruger 6 inch with both cylinders. Or maybe the Rossi 92 carbine and the .22!!!!!! to many choices.

Hey Wm, I too have relied on the .44spl for every day concealed carry. I carry it in a cross draw CME holster because my right shoulder won't let me draw form the right side. This rig is completely concealed under a T shirt. If the .44 can't get it done you better go back to the house. It is loaded ...

Years ago I had [ HAD]an old .22cal match target rifle full stocked with a bunch of sights on the end of the barrel and some weird one on the receiver. I shot it some and traded it off. With a little more age and a lot of reading I realized that was a Martini match rifle.

Here in Arkansas the .22 shot shell in not useless I have killed many copperheads in the yard and some large blacksnakes in the chicken house with single action .22 pistol. I use a shotgun for flying things.

Blaine, I feel the same way. I have loads for the .44spl that would be close to BB. I also have loads for my single action .45 Colt with a 260 grain hard cast bullet that would be consider to heavy for the gun. They are John Taffin loads.

Pull up the site for CME holsters they are made in Stinton ,Texas. He has made several for me, they are so flat they conceal under a T shirt. He made a cross draw for my .44spl. I have several for the 1911 .45.

Jim, I have an old C&H press that my bought for me in 1960 and a set of C&H .45Colt dies that she bought with the press. I still load on it sometimes. When my son came home from the Marines he brought a used Rock Crusher, that was in 1989, it has been a good one.

Ron, I believe the Mozambique drill was used in the African country Mozambique state. The white settlers were being killed by the natives. They found out that it took two shots to the chest and one to the head to stop the doped up natives.
I reckon that I will be corrected on this.

Yes you did get a beautiful classic. As far as peep sights go I would get the Williams Fool Proof if you will be using different loads. If you will be using the same load a Williams 5D is less than half the price of the Fool Proof, I have the 5D on several rifles and really like that sight.
