I got a version of one of these a bunch of years ago from my MAC man. https://www.zerkzapper.com/ Working on construction equipment you find many clogged zerk fittings and with the residual pressure on the grease gun fitting, the couplers are hard to remove. I have shot bows since childhood. My current one is a 55lb. That said, you could probably handle it, IF you worked up to it. There ARE some bullets available, but very pricey. Cutting Edge is one that comes to mind, at $1.84 a bullet, it would cost a lot just to work up a load that MIGHT be accurate. Not sure how brass would do accuracy wise. These are machined bullets https://cuttingedgebullets.com/375-235gr-er-extended-...

I thought they could just take a pair of side cutters and nip off the tip. Looking at the specs for the 338 Fed shows shoulder at 1.55" and 338ME at 1.47" and 307 win at 1.56. So it is a tiny fraction longer than the 338 fed. The ME does show a 25 deg shoulder as opposed to the 20 deg of the other 2 but is not enough to make a difference in capacity. At least not...

While I like the modularity of the AR platform, I grew a dislike for them in '72 that has been hard to overcome.

The cool looking factor is pretty high, I must admit. I WOULD like to build a chassis for my bolt guns. I believe the AR has brought that to the forefront.
