Nevermind, I found the parts on Numerich's web site. The rear threads are 6-48, and they are Sight Plug Screws. The front screw is the Finger Lever Pin Stop Screw. Not sure what threads it is, pretty sure it's 1/4 x 36 though. Now to find some 6-48 screws about 1/4" long! Once it's built I will...

All I can say, is if I am hunting somewhere where the temps are -25 or lower taking the gun in and out will NOT be an issue. Me the gun and a good book are all staying indoors until the temps get somewhere closer to zero.
