Many practical folks would say that levergun is the ULTIMATE 'only-one-gun' carbine. Standoffs are a given...

Before trying explosive plasma cutting I did Post Holes using a similar formula but in a 3lb coffee can size.

Standard #2 Pencils seemed to give the best stand-off.

In 2007 I had my "bad" (20/400) eye done at Rush Medical in Chicago. I had "Intralase" "no knife" lasik. My vision went from 20/400 to around 20/10. It eventually settled to 20/40 which is the same as my "good" (but uncorrectable) eye. So I still have to wear ...

The gun(s) I have.

.357 Carbines/short rifles backed with a .357 revolver.

Tough to beat unless you have to step back to Black, then .45 Colt/.454 is better.

(And trading my .357 1894CSS for a good .454 Stainless Short Rifle (& Stainless SAA?) is a highly desirable option...)

I don't think it's so much the "pressure" as it is the pressure Spike comes much faster.

That's why you use 7+F for flash/pan prime and 1-2f in large rifles and cannon. The larger the grains, the slower the burn even if the absolute volume of gas is the same.

I generally prefer stainless for ease of cleanup and resistance to my flash-rust body type.

If done well, a full stainless gun can look like a really old gun "worn white" too.
