Check your rear sight, see if there's a screw on the face of it (should be on the right side). If so, you might be able to loosen it a bit and move the blade insert up a bit by sticking a small blade screwdriver under the insert and pushing down on the rear of the sight. I like Winchester 748 with the 200 gr Remington Coreloct in my 35 Remington, when I'm shooting jacketed bullets. 38.0 grains and a WLR primer. With the RCBS 200 gr cast bullet I find the 21.0 gr of Accurate 5744 works pretty well for me.

Hello .32 WCF ballistics (muzzle): bullet - 110 gr soft point velocity - 2,100 ft/s energy - 1,077 ft·lb Of course the .32-20 is adequate for deer within the 100 -150 yard ranges it was intended for. I don't doubt you can get that velocity in a modern rifle with todays powder and a jacketed bullet....

I don't load for 32 Special, but got started on the 30-30 a long time ago, and still have the RCBS dies that I began with. I've since used some Lee dies, and for sure a Lyman M die when loading cast bullets. I've mostly used RCBS for everything.
