Re: What turned you on to guns?
My dad, he bought me my first BB gun, upgraded me to an 1894 lever BB gun, then a Benjamin 22cal pellet, a single shot H&R break barrel 20 gauge. Dad took me out to shoot his Ruger Mark I, had a neighbor light load a box of 12 gauge shells and took me out trap shooting, and I outshot my dad...lo...

Old Lever
When he was a kid, a friend of mine found an old Winchester in a farmers field. He just sent me pics thinking he'd like to get it operating. I'm thinking...no, but what a cool wall hangar! I asked him to check the serial # but it's hard to read. It's a 25-35 WCF. The lever and the hammer work okay. ...

My neighbor was deer hunting years ago with a buddy and had taken a shot and dropped a buck. Ray said when he got to the buck he reached out and grabbed an antler....that's when the bucks eye opened and it stood up. Ray grabbed the other antler and the buck took off running with Ray still holding on...

The last one was a 2007, although I'd had a 2005, and a 1998 12 valve prior to that one. I like diesels. I'll be grinning ear to ear when I put an elk or deer in the back of that new truck. 62 is around the corner, and I don't want to have a truck payment in 3 years, so I pulled the trigger on the 2...

The 2007 Ram 2500 has been such a good truck for me, I sold it and bought a 2018 last weekend from a dealer in Caldwell Idaho. They even paid my airfare to come up and get one of their last 2018's off the lot. I saved enough from what they were selling for locally, I was able to order in a matching ...

S&S Super E, the older series that has the main air bleed that is just a drilled .040" hole. I'm gonna open it up to 5/16"-24 thread so I can just screw in a main jet what ever size I need to tune it. The ones they've built since 2004 come that way.
