my GGGG grandfather, kasper goebel, was one of those Hessian

soldiers......he was captured and is #37 on the prisoner list

he switched sides and became a blue coat, a Continental soldier, and was in a lot of battles fighting on the american side

i always toast him and remember at Christmas

Thanks for posting hfcable. Really neat shotguns and great that you get and use them. I've thought about buying one of the new ones---Marlin, Winchester or Henry several times. it took about four hours.....he did an extra thorough job, which took longer, but decreases chances of needing it done again. feeling groggy a bit still , but up and going, and thankful for these results and to all of you ! going to start loading stuff up for the upcoming remote territory adventure ...

have to go in tomorrow for cardiac ablation....done under general anesthesia, lasts 3 hours or more. was supposed to do it later in the day so I could work the am, but have to be under by 1030 am. not without risk, especially for a person like me with genetic immune deficiency. not worried, really.....
