I think the new Kahr .380 would be perfect. I have the PM9, and the trigger pull is a smooth 6# that feels lighter.

The Ruger LCP or Kel-Tec P3AT will probably kick too much for her.

I have a TZ-75 from the mid-80's and I love the pistol. Fit and finish are quality; feeds every kind of ammo with no hiccups; great trigger; and has been a reliable, accurate shooter. Couldn't ask for more.

I also like Accurate #9 for .44 mag. That can be loaded up or down, very similar to 2400 (even to the grain weight), but I think it's a little cleaner.
