I use a accuracy load from lymans #45 of 53 grs of IMR 4895 for 2450 fps with a hdy 200 gr interlock when I go into the alder thickets after elk I load up some Beartooth hardcast 245 gr pushed by 55 grs of AA4350 for 2200 fps. danny

AJ I use glass on my 99 a 1-5x20 DG scope and I use a wiliams twilight .125 peep on the 348 I might shrink my group if I used a target peep.

I dont know if I could hit a dime at 100 but I get 3 shot groups at 100 with my 99 300 savage that you can cover with a dime. My 348 is a 3/4" group rifle at 100 with peep sights. danny

RCBS#1 manual shows with a 250 cast and 3031 26 gr for 1357 fps, 28 gr 3031 for 1448 fps. for sr4759 20 gr for 1533 fps, 22 grs for 1676 fps. the other powders they list are Re7,2400,unique,PB,red dot and 700X. gun for test was a 24" 94 1-18 twist ,ww cases and cci200 primers. danny

AA 5744 will work real good in most of your cartridges, I use it in my rifles & handguns. Check with Sixgun or KirkD about 32-20 & 5744. 5744 is made on your side of the Medicine Line. Check accurate arms online version 5.0 load data. danny

Earl my Lyman 45 manual lists 4 powders for cast unique,2400,imr4227 and 4198 and a accuracy load for a 155 lyman 311466 of 20 grs of 2400 for 1850 fps. Lee has a 155 wGC that casts at 312 its meant for the russian 30 caliber. danny
