BTW, it should shoot jacketed bullets just fine. My .44 Handi Rifle slugs @ .432. Fortunately I have a Lee mold that will shoot in it as cast, no sizing at all.

Years ago one of our local TV stations did a story about a guy in Sarasota that was building those. It's funny, when you put an electric pickup in one it sounds like a dobro. IIRC the guy in Sarasota was using mono fishing line for strings.

That's what I like about this place and reloaders in general. People like to tinker and experiment. If you ask someone about adjusting shotgun loads they act like if you vary away from published data you'll go sterile and you children will go bald.

Somewhere on Youtube there's a video of a guy that took and .25 ACP case and shortened it down so that it would fit in that hole. He then took out the factory safety and epoxied the shell casing into the hole.

I think the 380 was a submachinegun round too, but I've never seen one. My 380 with truncated cone and flat meplat puts rounds into the same water jug as my 9mm gold dots... seems OK to me. These 410 threads are growing on me like a fever. I just found out tonight that Remington makes a 410 870 in an Express version that is about half the money of a Wingmaster.
