IIRC that song was made famous by Boots Randolph named YACKETY SAX, played on the saxophone. When Chet Atkins played it he renamed it YACKETY AXE.

That looks like a great snag. When I had my FFL years ago my nephew wanted me to get a top break H&R for him. When it came in I checked it over a bit and remember thinking at the time, if these things had good triggers on them they could sell a million of them.

Cal me crazy but I'm really intrigued by the .327 Federal. On paper it looks equal to a .32-20 but with a straight wall easy to reload case. It will shoot all manner of .32 cartridges. I just wish there were more long gun options for it.

I've wanted a .30/40 carbine ever since I saw Sam Elliot with one in the movie THE ROUGH RIDERS. That is a slick looking carbine! It's a shame they can't make them again.

I had a couple of those years ago. About the most reliable pistol I've ever seen. Every one I've ever seen that was broken was broken by the owner during disassembly/ assembly. If you don't mess up with that they'll last forever.

Years ago when I was a LEO I took an old RG .32 off a guy I caught shooting dice. He had a cut off nail in it for a center pin but it went bang every time. The moral of the story is poor people have a right to defend themselves too.

Congratulations Doc! Jr.took his new bride to Ga to hunt camp for their honeymoon. He killed a doe on Monday.

Nice job! I've always thought does have better meat than bucks. As far as I'm concerned the only reason to shoot a buck is if you have a wall that needs something hanging on it.

whatever carrier you choose they all generally give you a 3 day return policy if you can't get service in your area. I'm partial to Verizon myself. If I'm in an area that doesn't have coverage nobody else does either but those areas are few and far between.
