452 to 454. Heaviest load was 360 SWC at 1350 fps avg. Felt like shooting a shotgun.

Here is a picture I came across with some .44 data I was comparing one day. A B92 was involved. Only 50 yds though, these rifles cab be quite accurate with the right loads.

Have one like it, needs larger bullets in the size you used. Handles heavy loads easily.

Considering the history of production overlap noted, the N frame Smith certainly qualifies. Might still say the type of the the 50th Anniversary Ruger also qualifies to my view.

Re: .357 companion.

Thanks for the opinions. Let me say this Rossi and the one I have in 45 Colt seem as smooth and tight as the B92s I have had. This Trapper functions great and was right on from the factory. Very nice handling. We have a few winners here in terms of present options including 2 1/2" and 4" Model 19S, ...

Little more velocity with the rifle, not harder to carry. Accuracy had been very good in the 20", 24", and 26" I have. Think I prefer the 20".

I have seen that version repeatedly. It shows the Nissan riding in the HOV lane with the motorcycle closing to kick the door with an immediate reaction by the driver of the car.

The motorcycle appeared to be slightly behind the car. He should have disengaged and backed off.

Been down through there more than 1000 times. There is a lot of lane changing that goes on and a park and ride at the bottom of the hill. An estimated 70,000 - 80,000 commuters come through there in the morning to LA the I-5 north and south is just ahead. Traffic often 80 mph. You have to watch it. ...

Here is the point/s, the attraction is nostalgia. But a cylinder mouth smaller than the barrel, which by the way is the wrong size for 44-40 is a recipe for inaccuracy. A barrel change to the correct size or a cylinder change is in order. Or forget how it shoots and revel in nostalgia although, it i...
