Re: New primers from Arkansas
I've got them in SP and LP but haven't used any yet. Nice to see a new US maker in the game. You can get their SP, LP, and LR online from Republic Ammunition ... even in quantities of 100 or 500, plus the usual 1K, 2K, 5K.

Re: 45-90 Loads for 1886
I think there are a couple of people here shooting the 45-90. I shoot the 450 Alaskan, which has a nearly identical case capacity. You can shoot IMR 4350 in it, but it will be inefficient and won't produce top velocities. You might get the 300 grain Hornady #4500 to 2100fps but not much farther with...

Here's a die plate I printed for my RCBS Ammomaster Auto. It prints the threads in the die holes ... though I typically have to chase them with a tap to clean them up. This was done on a Bambu Labs printer.

. It makes me wonder if you could use a 3D printer to build a paraffin or similar material 'form' so that you can make an investment casting using metal as a second step. Yes, it's called lost PLA casting. A material called PolyCast is specifically formulated for the job and burns out cleanly. Much...

A lot of show ... 6am, no knock warrant. They wanted him to react like it was a break in ... which any normal person would have assumed without the chance to look out the front window and see the hardware parked on his lawn. There was no reason to go at this guy like that other than to send a message.

I've been holding off on the Garmin. Though the LabRadar was first, it has some issues with shot sensitivity and the battery that are hard for me to overcome. Then the FX came along but never seemed to be available in the retail channel, only in reviews where it did well. The Garmin has a great form...

I've been doing the ultrasonic thing ... which is wet of course. A bit louder than I would like but it does clean well if you've got a heated tank and plenty of strong transducers to deliver the energy.
