Ruger 77 in 270 or 308. Both guns are identical in set up and ready to go. Otherwise, it will be a Marlin in 35 Rem. All handloaded, of course.

Scattergun is first line of home defense for me. Otherwise, larger caliber, even if slower moving than the smaller, faster pills generally create larger wound channels. Works for me on wild game and would also on two legged predators.

Don't have range officers where I shoot. Everyone is expected to obey range rules and be safe. Individual shooters call for range hot or cold. In a sense, we range each other and as far as I know we have never had an incident.

Okay, how about when you slide the two halves of the seats out from the center of the box, a small table folds up. Just a thought. I wonder if there will be any snow if I head up that way tomorrow. Handloads for 35 Rem.
My brother recently gave me a Marlin 336 in 35 Rem. I need some handloading info., especially with solid lead bullets. I have plenty of load info. for semi jacketed loads but lead info. seems to be scarce. Would greatly appreciate a pointer in the right direction.

Bullard, I was on Lipitor several years ago and got extremely ill; liver enzymes went very high. The Dr. took me off statins immediately.
