Your Marlin is a Marlin. S/N says it was made 08. If it was a Remington it would have a QR code forward the S/N as well as MR. JM stamp on the barrel forward the receiver?

First person adventure/history is about all I'll read. The experiences of others in a time long passed piques my interest. We mostly hear of their adventures, which are fascinating, but seldom hear of daily life. Finding a copy today may prove to be quite the undertaking. My recent reads 6 years wit...

Awesome round. There are several factory ammunition offerings....HSM, buffalobore, .........expensive. I knew for me it would be a casting and reloading chore. Diameters range .375-.383. Some commercial casters offer variety of diameters. Plenty of brass is available in 2 lengths. Starline has both....

Early Amadeo Rossi /Garcia Mitchell guns (1970s) are well made. I'm guessing this discussion is toward the model 92. I have a 22 pump (Winchester hammer gun clone) and coach gun. After nearly 50 years of use, they have never failed, needed repair or malfunctioned. I hope the newest generation Rossis...

I built an 8x12. I used 4x8 siding, insulation, drywall(taped, floated) and a single opening, a 3/0 door. I stays surprisingly cool inside. For towns folks it should be an easy transfer. Infrastructure (fill stations) may be localized due to the need for low pressure source, compression and the final High Pressure storage. I'd like to understand the refueling process. Seems awful quick.
