I won one of these about five years ago. Pretty nice piece, I was wondering about having sombody run a .357 reamer through it. The idea was to shoot 158-180 cast bullets. I was concurned about the twist being different or something? Anybody have any thoughts? I would just check my regualr .357 Marli...

I remember reading some where (the search was not successful?) that the Marlin 44 mag rifles are limited in how heavy a bullet you can use? I do not remember anything being said about the 45 Colt rifles? I am looking to use 260 to 300 grain bullets for a toting around rifle.
