25 Rem
Snagged these at Gun Show 2 weeks ago. 30 bucks, He wanted 60 but owed Me a favor on a Gun I sold Him. It is a full box but do I want to shoot them ? I really would like to see if that 141 Remington shoots.

Full box? What appears to be a modern styrofoam insert is marked 19 rounds. I'd shoot them and check out your 141. Don't think those cartridges have any real value beyond that (and of course once fired as cases to reload.)

Give them a go , but the older Remington stuff I shot the brass split and wasn't reusable.

Re: 25 Rem
Not a bad snag, Perry. That should get you enough shooting to tell you that you are going to have to gear up to reload for that 141.

My Aunt Lillian hunted with a 141 in 25 Remington for over 40 years. She downed many Pennsylvania deer with her rifle and none got away. The 25 is a keeper!

Any collectors value is gone. Pull the bullets and put all of the powder in one container. Deprime and then anneal the cases. Reload with fresh primers and use the original powder and bullet using basic third grade math.------6

Re: 25 Rem
A 141 in .25 is a rare bird! 14s aren't but they made very few 141s in that caliber.
Re: 25 Rem
Well maybe 1/2 of them will get shot. I really don't plan on reloading for it, God knows I have plenty that I should be reloading and don't. My plan when I bought the Gun was just to see if I could fix it and then sell it. That is still the plan but everyone asks that one question "Does it shoot" and I want to be able to tell Them "Yes". Gun Show coming up in August maybe can move it then.

IMO, you could "move it" well before then..........Here (in our classifieds).

That would work for Me if there is interest and a price could be determined.

I know where there is one of them in .32 Remington for a reasonable price.
